To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我們於20/1 （五）中午12點到達餐廳，可座室外或者室內，我們選擇了室內。侍應表示每人需叫一壺茶，我們叫了菊花普洱（$58）、月光白茶（$68），茶具漂亮。而全部食物也是素食：❶黑松露燒賣（$48）：黑松露好香，燒賣比較實，只有2粒❷菩提腐皮卷（$32）：蒸的腐皮卷，較多油，只有2條❸和風素菜福袋（$38）：豆腐卜包住藜麥及粟米🌽❹素芝士春卷（$42）：拉絲芝士👍🏻脆脆的，好吃❺豉油皇炒素牛腸粉（$58）：好香豉油味，腸粉很好吃❻香烤啡菇漢堡配炸蕃薯條（$68）：啡菇漢堡比想像中細，蕃薯片則好幼好脆❼龍華寺素卷（$48）：炸的腐皮卷，比蒸的好吃😋食物價錢較貴，要加一，但勝在環境及氣氛佳。侍應人手不足，當室內已座滿，有時候也未能留意到客人需要。
