大廚張錦祥既祥仔新開左分店係K11, 2點零鐘仲未食野, 久仰祥仔既脆脆豬扒飯大名, 就決定過去一試。遠處已經見到祥仔醒目既招牌, 雲石灰色既門面望落舒服又不失格調。兩點半至五點就係tea time, 見佢既tea都好吸引, 不過特登黎想食佢既脆脆豬扒飯, 所以我地就叫左一個lunch一個tea紐西蘭牛肉炒蛋福袋三文治•田園素菜沙律比menu圖片滿瀉既牛肉炒蛋吸引左, 而實物黎到既時候都絕無欺場, 同menu圖一樣滿到瀉! 麵包烘至金黃微脆, 當中既牛肉係滑牛, 連同炒至滑蛋狀態既蛋融合得好好, 非常香伴有甜甜既紅椒同沙律菜, 好清新。脆脆豬扒飯豬扒同飯分開上, 豬扒好大塊好有睇頭, 滿心期待切開, 切既時候發出crunchy既聲炸粉唔厚又夠鬆脆, 而入面既肉一d都唔乾, 好腍又juicy! 飯就比大量蕃茄汁覆蓋住, 酸度比平時食開既蕃茄汁强d, 仲有粒粒既蕃茄仔, 食落又幾開胃反而仲覺得天然d, 個人就覺得汁多左d, 不過中意汁撈飯既人就會好中意。最尾飲番杯香濃熱咖啡作結, 就咁過左個一個悠閒既下午
