To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 都有一段時間無黎赤柱啦，今日趁係假日，天氣又好，就打算黎赤柱行下，順便去下個市集到行下。傍晚黎到位於赤柱廣場既Classified，其實呢間餐廳係香港好多地方都有分店，可惜我從來未試過，今次都係第一次。餐牌既design有點兒似報紙，不過簡單得黎都幾有風格。朋友之前黎過，話呢到既薯條好好味，我試過之後都覺得佢好有英式風味，上菜時亦仲係熱辣辣添架。Pizza 有三款，我地揀左西班牙辣肉腸甜椒蔥餅。賣相都算唔錯，可惜芝士份量有點兒過多，辣肉腸就過少，有改進既空間。黑松露蘑菇意大利飯: 超喜歡黑松露既我，特別喜歡帶有香濃黑松露既意大利飯。意大利飯食落唔會太淋，一入口有濃濃蘑菇味，不其然令人食多幾口呀。呢到環境非常好，係餐廳到望出去個景真係好靚，晚餐又唔係好多人，可以係到慢慢坐，同朋友一齊傾計，又唔會被人催埋單，星期六日放假黎呢到relax就最好不過啦。
