約咗朋友聚舊,友人愛吃法國菜,所以特意選了擺花街這間充滿歐陸情調嘅法國餐廳「La Brasserie」。餐廳以軍藍色為主調,店內空間寬敞,分為主餐區和酒吧區。用餐區設有半露天座位,藍白藤椅,感覺悠閒舒適;而酒吧區則採用雲石飾面配古銅吧櫈,格調沉穩,氣派優雅。我哋點咗兩個 3-course Set Lunch ($398),點完餐後,店員隨即送上餐前麵包。前菜選了 Tartare de Saumon 及 Oeuf 63 (+$48)。三文魚賣相好吸引,肉色粉嫩,入口帶淡淡煙燻香,加上以微酸嘅檸檬醬汁作伴,味道非常清新。至於另一客以攝氏63度烹調嘅水煮蛋,水準亦一流,蛋白剛熟,蛋黃呈流心狀,入口蛋味好香濃,配面頭嘅黑松露薄片吃,啖啖幽香。主菜揀咗 Confit de canard (+$78) 同 Bouillabaisse,鴨腿外皮酥脆,鴨肉嫩滑多汁,入口鹹香油潤又唔會過韌,配墊底嘅玉米蓉吃,充滿法式風味😋另一道法式海鮮濃湯,亦屬必食之選,睇下材料幾豐富,內有鮮蝦、青口和香煎魚肉等,湯身 creamy 滑溜,入口鮮味濃郁,蝦肉爽彈,青口挺身,連同高湯精華呷入口,鮮味滿瀉!最後係甜品時間,

檸檬撻酸度超足,加上面頭香甜幼滑嘅蛋白霜,味道一流!泡芙新鮮出爐,咬下鬆脆,榛子醬綿密細膩,入口甜而不膩,為這頓午餐完美作結。
