To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又去Ritz Carlton lounge and bar 食tea🤣 今次係新年主題！各款甜點同鹹點都唔錯👍🏻 /Afternoon tea set for two $888/鹹點方面有蟹肉泡芙、火腿三文治、紅椒芝士餡餅、鹹蛋海蝦撻！食材配搭幾有趣，顏色好有新年氣氛🤣 甜品方面就有柑橘撻、奶凍桂花啫喱、伯爵茶馬卡龍、椰子泡芙、芒果慕絲🧁 甜品唔會太甜，馬卡龍有一條龍好精緻，奶凍面頭嘅錦鯉朱古力片都好靚😍 scone 就有原味同埋橙味，口感鬆軟，但係唔係好夠熱👌🏻 適逢情人節，afternoon tea 仲有一個waffle counter！係心形waffle❤️🤣 仲可以自選醬料同埋配料🫶🏻
