To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友介紹忠誠茶座泰國菜，所以今日就去試一試，我哋7:45pm去到，嘩！原來咁多人等枱，可能今日情人節，所以超多人，好彩我哋訂咗枱，都唔算等得太耐，我哋叫咗個泰式古法浸雞，雞肉都好滑而且唔肥，辣椒炒青口就有少少沙，味道都幾好味嘅，海鮮菠蘿炒飯一般，咸魚炒椰菜苗泰式炒貴刁太多料少河粉，泰國明爐蒸生魚一般啦！可能煮住食所肉質無咁滑，而炸蝦餅估唔到係炸蝦球，整體都幾好。

泰式炒貴刁太多料少河粉，泰國明爐蒸生魚一般啦！可能煮住食所肉質無咁滑，而炸蝦餅估唔到係炸蝦球，整體都幾好。
