2月情人節,男朋友帶我去試新開鐵板燒,位於漆咸圍10-12號1樓地方位置比較私隱,餐廳仲有個小庭園境先來沙律-煙薰雞肉沙律蒸蛋-黑松露蟹肉蒸蛋龍蝦(餐)好新鮮,肉質彈牙爽口,蝦頭膏師傅炒左落蝦身,另外配龍蝦汁(用番龍蝦頭淆出來),原汁原味南非鮑魚(單點)師傅煮得好淋配返日本大根同海苔汁,清清地唔會太濃蓋左鮑魚味道,新鮮海苔同鮑魚好夾北海道帆立貝(餐)忘記左影相配明太子醬帶一點酸,好開胃!肉揀左美國封門柳肉味重多汁,正合我心意炒飯同平時一般炒飯唔同,師傅無落蛋炒,將雞蛋煎成太陽蛋鋪上炒飯面,雞蛋煎成脆邊yummy🤭🤗最後雪糕作為結尾因為情人節,所以叫師傅畫左隻碟比我同男朋友影相留念好可愛相比同價錢的鐵板燒,這裡會做得比較出色和細心! 還會再來
