用Frog Leg好特別😳 外型就整成蟹餅咁嘅形狀,上枱以為係蟹餅,一切開先知係呢道菜,咁樣處理Frog Leg確實可以令食客接受度更高。Frog Leg本身有啲似蠔嘅口感,口感飽滿有彈性,配韮菜整成嘅醬汁都好搭,有驚喜!

特別手法處理鵝肝,唔用一般煎嘅方法,反而係用檸檬汁用包保鮮紙蒸嘅方法,保留原汁原味,唔用煎就唔會老唔會過油。係未試過嘅鵝肝口感😳好嫩,但唔重內臟味,比起平時煎嘅油膩感大減,配Dark Chocolate Roll食都幾新穎。

平時比較少見嘅烤鮟鱇魚面頰,無論係擺盤定口感我都比佢呃咗!做到好似五花腩咁香,魚皮超脆,魚面頰口感層次分明,真係好似五花腩咁,有分層,柔軟層實肉層都有,質感厚實唔韌。將鮟鱇魚肝炸做脆粒,又係將平時唔多人接受嘅內臟完美地處理左,香口入口。

靚牛識食緊係揀五成熟,粉嫩程度可見熟度剛好,雖然有少許血水滲出,但食落去無損其表現,牛板腱油花均勻,肉質細緻鬆軟,肉汁亦飽滿。

是日甜品有蘋果拿破崙配Parmaham 肉碎Cream,估唔到連甜品都玩新配搭,拿破侖超脆身,肉鬆鹹香都襯唔太甜嘅拿破崙。
