To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一轉上蟹都快嘅,之後再叫蟹就要等30-40分鐘,勁多人鼓譟。部份食物例如片皮鴨炸豬扒炸雞鎚炸蝦四季豆杏仁茶楊枝甘露薑茶要自己攞。薑茶楊枝甘露都好味炸蝦炸豆腐好味(夠脆)四季豆襯熱食都可以片皮鴨新鮮脆卜卜,都好味既,凍左就有so味。要趁熱食。炸豬扒炸雞鎚冇乜特別片皮鴨排隊極長龍,排左20分鐘先拎到,浪費時間。蟹細隻無乜膏,後期再黎既蟹就多少少膏。問侍應拎醋佢會叫你自己拎。*蟹一係唔黎,一黎就比多左10隻你,話隔離台走咗問你要唔要埋佢。我哋5個人最後食左20隻🤭。問侍應拎手套佢話唔知放邊又話無曬😆。收茶界但係冇茶飲😅一開始叫既壽包紅棗糕布甸到埋單都未到,仲有糯米飯同埋小籠包就埋單前到。🤣🤣🤣連待應姐姐都話好混亂🤪好多野都唔知放邊。
