今個星期日嚟到旺角搵早餐食,發現依間地道茶餐廳,睇佢個名就知係六七十年代嘅產品,記得當時細個住美孚都有間乜乜園嘅餐廳,都係一路陪伴我成長。這一間位於旺角通菜街叫風味園嘅茶餐廳,一到去唔見咗啲乜嘢特別佈置,都係一啲好傳統嘅裝修,坐低一陣,見到大部份嘅客人都是老顧客,有冇新安排左我一個坐雙人嘅卡位,查看餐牌見到有個餐都幾吸引,就係俄羅斯雜菜粉麵,我叫左米粉,湯底都好六濃,不過火腿炒蛋就唔俾轉啦,其實個人唔係好鍾意食炒蛋,通常都籌得唔係好話滑,其實今次都唔例外,不過欣賞佢唔係好多油,其他都係中規中矩啦。食食吓先知原來依度出名蛋撻,好多老顧客都係叫蛋撻,唯有下次試吓啦。都幾欣賞佢哋啲服務生,有先勤快,有禮貌,老闆都好親力親為,又健談,所以都能吸引一班老顧客黎幫襯。其實而家嘅茶餐廳最重要就係嗰份情,其他新式餐廳未必可以搵到。
