今日去咗間叫“風味園”。餐廳外觀唔算好華麗,但入到去感覺幾乾淨企理。講講佢哋嘅餐牌啦,選擇都幾多,特別係個“每日精選”,好似有唔少好嘢。我哋點咗個招牌嘅金湯重慶酸菜魚,價錢係$73,聽落好似有啲貴,但係賣相真係唔錯,湯底金黃金黃,酸菜夠酸爽,魚肉都幾嫩滑,不過就覺得辣度差啲火候,對於我呢啲鍾意食辣嘅人嚟講,未夠嗮過癮。仲有個馬來咖哩焗牛扒,$57一份,配飯或者意粉。咖哩香氣撲鼻,牛扒焗得火候啱啱好,肉質軟腍,配嘅飯吸晒咖哩汁,正到暈。但係份量就有啲少,感覺食完有啲意猶未盡。飲品方面,叫咗杯熱奶茶飲落去口感幾順滑,不過就覺得味唔夠濃郁,有啲淡咗。總體嚟講,呢間餐廳嘅食物味道都唔錯,有啲小缺點,但係都算值得一試啦,下次可以再嚟試下其他菜式。

飲品方面,叫咗杯熱奶茶飲落去口感幾順滑,不過就覺得味唔夠濃郁,有啲淡咗。

總體嚟講,呢間餐廳嘅食物味道都唔錯,有啲小缺點,但係都算值得一試啦,下次可以再嚟試下其他菜式。

老媽今天想食煲仔飯,但坤記還未開門,所以我們就去了今期人氣餐廳試試。可能還未到吃午飯的高峰,人不多,不用排隊。一坐低就點了兩個煲仔飯,因為是即叫即整,所以大約等了20分鐘。豉汁白鱔油煲仔飯 ($114): 豉汁鹹香濃郁,白鱔滑嫩帶有豐富的魚鮮味,油香融入飯粒之中,整體味道穩定但少了一點驚喜感。新鮮田雞滑雞煲仔飯 ($99) : 田雞和滑雞的肉質都算鮮嫩,但味道表現平平,醬汁稍嫌不足,未能完全展現煲仔飯的精髓。埋單前看到隔離桌來了個傳統臘肉煲仔飯,未開蓋,香氣就已經撲鼻而來。下次一定再來試試!

❤️約700kcal 
營養師指這款較低脂, 原以為不怎樣,但無論配料還是飯都有驚喜! 

煲仔飯以炭火製作,把飯燒得香脆平均, 剛端上桌已香氣撲鼻。經過「一焗、二淋醬油、三再翻焗」後, 鋪在飯面微微醃過的田雞較為濃味, 不腥且能保持嫩滑口感, 米飯則甘香、充滿嚼勁。

說起飯焦, 這次可惜因為自己技術不夠好,醬油淋得不均勻, 煲仔飯之魂的飯焦未能成塊反焦成型。

*P.S. 這次到曾受電視台訪問的九龍區煲仔飯名店,到訪當日只見每枱都放著瓦煲,還暗忖是否只是宣傳效應,試過果然與其他鋪的同款菜式立分高下 *

聽講呢到啲煲仔飯係老闆親自落場整的,忙起上嚟出面你都會見到佢哋整到無停手🥵不過大家都知呢啲開左咁耐嘅港式茶餐廳服務態度同環境就唔會係超好,但真係可以用「平靚正」3隻字嚟形容,所以6點幾去到都已經大排長龍,想去食真係早啲去攞位等食煲仔飯呀!除左煲仔飯係主打嘅招牌之外,其他食物聽講就正正常常,但真係勝在夠平。如果係真係去到主要食煲仔飯,咁真係記住一坐低就要叫,因為多人起上嚟真係要等20-25分鐘~同埋夜晚收左工或者係附近玩完通頂想食啲野,呢到都係個唔錯嘅選擇,因為佢係24小時營業,唔使驚係旺角無野食啦🤣

首先份量足,排骨唔係切到好鬼細粒,無偷工減料,另外碟河粉味道微辣中帶甜,係我喜歡嘅口感,夾自己口味,排骨有少部份入口較硬較乾,但入味鬆軟嘅較多.

最不滿係唔夠熱,好奇怪即叫即炒點解會凍冰冰?

最後,D員工態度唔多友善,扣分最多,亦都係哩個原因所以一直少幫襯風味園.

見佢下午茶$40 一個焗豬扒飯包埋嘢飲幾抵,所以試吓,下午茶鐘要去去到6:30幾好,但係食物質素真係無話可說,首先佢個焗豬扒飯唔算大碟,配料有蕃茄洋蔥,算比較少配料,首先評論豬扒,應該走過油,全部都縮埋一舊,入口幾鞋下冇咩豬扒味,至於最最最垃圾一定係個豬扒汁,剩係得個甜味,仲要甜得幾離譜下,少少鹹味都食唔到,唔講仲以為食緊甜品,至於飯底正常,但係雞蛋份量偏小,真係難聽啲講句,我去便利店買個叮叮飯都好食過佢

1月26日年初五,靚媽開工大吉,揾食肥約咗佢收工後,到此食店倉晚飯,入到此店肥華望望個餐牌此店可以講中,西,星馬食品樣樣俱全,做到咁雜,肥華對此店出品都存厚望,衹求食飽個肚就算,果然肥華所點嘅第一味食品,海南鷄飯無論買相和味道都係平平無奇,衹值C級評分,但跟住而來嘅田鷄煲仔飯和星州炒米,真係不得了,個煲仔可以講係完勝,廟街個兩間賣煲仔飯而街知巷聞嘅名店,而碟星州炒米,亦令到肥華首次不用落調味醬料來進食嘅炒米粉,最奇蹟係此兩款食品,除咗有A++美味外,更令人有越食越開胃唔覺飽嘅感覺,所以此店真係勁😋👍😋👍😋👍
