久不久便會到吃壽司,邊吃邊看著大師傅的功架,已覺值回票價。每次來都忍不住拍一張杯子照,為是次午餐揭開序幕。點了一個自選壽司套餐,先上日式蒸蛋。每次來都很期待吃這個蒸蛋,滑滑的蒸蛋帶點肉味,很讚!三文魚子和海膽壽司,海膽新鮮,但不及三文魚子魚油豐腴,配上壽司飯,很滿足。 吞拿魚小卷,不大愛赤身的我,都覺得味道不錯呢!這三件最好味的是中卜口,中拖羅,入口即溶的口感,以為自己身在日本!獨愛銀身魚而不愛白身魚的我,每次都回選擇銀身魚,中間的那件是當日精選,可惜忘了名字。這件魚味鮮,口感特別,配上蔥花,一絕!雪糕為美好的一餐作結尾,個人喜歡紅豆,甜而不膩。很滿足!
