九龍城除咗泰國菜館多,我相信第二多嘅就係潮州菜館,除咗一啲老舖,其實都有啲新晉嘅潮州菜館值得一試,今日我就去咗位於福佬村道嘅潮薈館。一坐低首先就有一碟前菜,呢碟酸菜集鹹、甜、酸於一身,令人相當開胃。食潮州菜又點少得滷水鵝片,呢碟鵝片份量相當多,足兩層厚,而且每片餓肉都相對地厚身,絕對係抵食。而喺底層仲有滷水豆腐,入味得嚟口感仍然嫩滑。除咗滷水鵝片,蠔餅都係必點菜式。汕頭蠔仔洛充滿淡淡的蛋香。蠔仔份量相當多,而且每隻都咁肥美飽滿。蝦棗同蟹棗可以雙拼,酥炸蝦蟹棗都唔需要額外加錢。蝦棗口感彈牙。而蟹棗更多一份鮮味。椒鹽鮮魷嘅炸漿唔算太厚,魷魚彈牙。潮州芋泥口感綿滑,甜度適中,更加能夠襯托出芋頭嘅香味,鋪面嘅白果口感變得煙韌,食完感覺甜絲絲。
