一早訂咗枱諗住同好朋友食返餐FINE DINING但可惜對方要OT唔知幾點先收得工,所以就同媽媽一齊食餐好,當係順便預祝佢生日(其實係揾佢夾腳...唉)。因為媽媽唔飲所以點咗兩個8 COURSE SET慢慢嘆,談吓心。坐低先送上幾款HOMEMADE BREAD配風乾蕃茄醬。味道酸酸幾開胃。頭盤先係煙燻北海道八爪魚。賣相十分精緻吸睛,侍應見我地攞定手機仲特登放慢揭蓋速度,讓我地影餐飽,哈哈。煙霧迷漫嘅效果真係好得。而且結實肉質散發淡淡煙香味,睇得又食得唔錯。意大利餃子。淡淡嘅野菌混合肉碎及奶油,加上餃皮軟薄。作為略墊肚子嘅一道啱啱好。之後係波爾多牛肉他他。熟成牛肉肉味香濃,切得細碎之餘仍有咬口,配上山葵/黑醋/紅菜頭/牛油果醬汁清爽得黎又略帶辛辣,味道豐富又醒胃。墨西哥凍湯。又係一道吸睛菜式,湯碗底下放置大量乾冰一方面保持凍湯温度,另一方面增添造型弔起食慾。因為用上蜜瓜/希臘乳酪/青瓜,以飲落酸甜又有少少果香。透心涼嘅感覺幾唔錯。香煎法國鵝肝。鵝肝煎得啱啱好,兩面焦香而中心軟滑,少少羶味伴以南瓜茸十分可口,而沾上一點旁邊黑醋可以減低油膩感。黑松露温泉蛋。簡單配突顥出黑松露嘅香味,食時將温

餐廳面積不大,都係得四五張枱,比較適合情侶或蜜友相聚。悠靜嘅環境幾令人放鬆慢慢享受美食。
