To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

趁住早收工，約細妹去觀塘海濱食餐飯，附近有咪錶方便佢泊車，正值放工時間，好快就有位啦～～而家秋風起，海濱邊涼風送爽，所以出面一早坐滿咗，唯有坐入面～今晚Halloween嘛…餐廳又點會少咗halloween裝飾呢？因為時間尚早，唔係食大餐嘅打算～所以叫咗一個日本豬軟骨墨西哥餅，同埋一個素牛肉千層麵～因為我有幾聲咳，唔敢飲凍嘢…咁就一人一壺熱水果茶啦～水果茶先上，一倒出嚟好香百香果味！🥰但係飲落又唔會好甜，反而酸酸哋，配搭茶香，喉嚨好舒服！先上嘅係墨西哥餅，份量非常充足！🌮除咗慢煮豬軟骨之外，入面仲有牛油果、沙律菜，非常新鮮！🥰👍🏻細妹尤其鍾意火箭菜嗰種甘甘苦苦，同埋獨特嘅香味；另外仲有配搭蕃茄粒醬～牛肉千層麵一上枱就聞到非常之香，最衰我哋掛住傾計，放耐咗佢啲芝士變硬咗，所以個面有少少韌，但係其實入面嘅素牛肉醬都好好味，配埋茄汁芝士醬，味道十分香濃！食到一半出面有人busking🎤，又別有一番風味！🥳
