呢間喺石板街既樓上餐廳,餐廳細細但好有情調,我地試咗好幾款野食,質素都幾高📍Bone Marrow with Wild Mushrooms and Angus Beef 牛骨髓伴炒野菌安格斯牛肉,上到黎店只就點火,熱辣辣既牛骨髓入口即化,食既時候加埋蘑菇同牛肉粒黎食,好惹味📍Cajun Seafood Boil 呢個最推薦!好香好惹味~海鮮煲有扇貝/青口/阿根廷紅蝦同埋蜆,仲有個湯底係龍蝦湯(但唔知係咪,不過我清晒😂)📍Pan-Fried Crab Cake with Smoked Salmon Roe and Aioli 蟹餅外皮煎得香脆,入面有滿滿蟹肉,食既時候加埋鹹香三文魚籽加上蒜香蛋黃醬,極之惹味📍Argentinian Red Prawn Linguine with Lobster Cream Sauce 阿根廷紅蝦鮮嫩,加上意粉al dente ~而且掛汁,每一口都有濃郁龍蝦忌廉汁📍US Angus Ribeye Steak (12oz)肉眼扒我地叫咗medium rare ,肉質剛好,外面微微焦香,內裡肉質粉鮮嫩📍Homemade Tiramisu 造型💯,自製提拉米蘇:
