我都係首次接觸意大利菜,所以認知不會太多,但比我一種很享受的感覺<ANTI PASTI>先來一個綜合頭盤🍽對於我來講係非常滿意,因為可以試哂咁多款式,每款都很精緻,而且做得不錯😋<SEAFOOD TORTELLINI>這個都係包你好食到停唔到口,因為Jack真係做麵條跟雲吞都好鬼勁👏🏻雲吞皮係落單後先馬上新鮮親手造,一上枱已經聞到超級香,一試真係不得了,雲吞皮超彈牙而又吸哂汁,完全唔會因為多汁而腍哂🍝餡用左長腳蟹、帶子、西班牙紅蝦,超鮮味~仲有每口雲吞都包住滿滿調得非常好的醬汁😝<SHORT RIB & M5 WAGYU SIRLOIN>我真係無肉不歡,又或者可以叫食物焚化爐😁越來越鍾意慢煮料理,真係心機菜,一咬落去啲肉汁係個口爆哂出嚟架🐮,勁好味😋<RED WINE PEAR>個梨係用紅酒浸左成日,再配上雪糕一起食‪
