Restaurant: The Yuu Japanese Dining

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友喺外國返嚟梗係要聚一聚啦, 朋友指定講咗想食日本菜,咁我哋就搵咗尖沙咀諾士佛台嘅一遊,朋友之前嚟過話餐廳氣氛幾適合閨蜜聚會,入到去果然係環境幾舒服燈光有少少暗幾cozy! 閨蜜聚會梗係要飲番杯啦!飲品方面呢我哋就叫咗柚子燒酌同Sunset嘢食方面我地點咗豚肉豆腐沙律,豆腐冰冰的加上沙律菜好新鮮,作為前菜幾開胃!鹽燒銀杏,朋友強烈推介呢個小食,幾鍾意銀杏外面仲有少少鹽包住,然後銀杏有種軟糯嘅感覺,刺身拼盤,我哋嗰日刺身揀咗有赤蝦,油甘魚,拖羅同帆立貝,油甘魚同拖羅都有入口即溶嘅感覺,好滿足, 東洋卷係必點嘅,好鍾意佢外面係用自家製嘅pancake皮嚟包住, 入面係牛油果同埋鰻魚,食東洋卷店員介紹用手食係會比較有風味!跟住我地仲點咗燒黑豚肉,店員介紹呢款黑豚肉配埋芥末籽一齊食會更加食得出黑豚肉嘅甜味!最後我哋仲叫咗個豚肉生薑石鍋飯,豚肉嘅份量都唔少㗎,配埋石鍋飯嘅飯焦!好滿足!
