灣仔船街有好幾間唔同特色嘅餐廳,每逢夜晚都有唔少人,Wakaran係其中一間連平日都好多人幫襯嘅餐廳,而餐廳夜晚主打嘅8道菜Menu,由主廚Tommy同Ray主理,呢晚選擇嚟試呢個Menu。1st: Amaebi蝦肉夠新鮮同爽口,配埋個sauce有少少青蘋果同basil味,酸酸地少少辣好開胃2nd: Oyster生蠔來自法國,所以食落個質感比較爽口,而加左少少脆米後令口感再Crispy D3rd: Abalone鮑魚好新鮮,爽口煙韌,加埋個鮑魚肝醬同埋蘑菇再提升overall味道,大推!!!4th: Threadfin呢首馬友dry aged咗4日,所以味道更加突出。加埋個sauce有少少檸檬酸,皮夠香脆,食落味道幾balance5th: Three Yellow Chicken呢道菜有雞胸同雞腿肉兩部分,雞胸無諗過咁嫩滑,而雞腿肉外脆內嫩,好食6th: Wagyu第一次試和牛配blue cheese,估唔到味道又幾夾7th: Genoise呢款蛋糕配咗少少南瓜蓉,可能我本身唔好南瓜,所以食落我嘅enjoy度就無咁高8th: Mignardises食呢舊嘢唔可以講嘢,因為入面有濃郁既薑

1st: Amaebi
蝦肉夠新鮮同爽口,配埋個sauce有少少青蘋果同basil味,酸酸地少少辣好開胃

2nd: Oyster
生蠔來自法國,所以食落個質感比較爽口,而加左少少脆米後令口感再Crispy D

3rd: Abalone
鮑魚好新鮮,爽口煙韌,加埋個鮑魚肝醬同埋蘑菇再提升overall味道,大推!!!

4th: Threadfin
呢首馬友dry aged咗4日,所以味道更加突出。加埋個sauce有少少檸檬酸,皮夠香脆,食落味道幾balance

5th: Three Yellow Chicken
呢道菜有雞胸同雞腿肉兩部分,雞胸無諗過咁嫩滑,而雞腿肉外脆內嫩,好食

6th: Wagyu
第一次試和牛配blue cheese,估唔到味道又幾夾

7th: Genoise
呢款蛋糕配咗少少南瓜蓉,可能我本身唔好南瓜,所以食落我嘅enjoy度就無咁高

8th: Mignardises
食呢舊嘢唔可以講嘢,因為入面有濃郁既薑糖水+丸子,一咬裡面嘅嘢就爆出,幾特別

總結嚟講,呢個set幾款食物都食到D幾特別嘅sauce配搭,而店員都會每道菜解釋返個煮法,所以食嘅時候會有concept。而食物既味道亦非常唔錯,餐廳嘅用餐氣氛都幾chill同開心。
