這間店剛剛在黃竹坑地鐵上蓋商場The Southside開幕,我就專程來吃碗星級拉麵~🍜貝汁鹽味拉麵食拉麵前我習慣先飲一啖佢嘅湯底,蜆湯同魚湯的鮮味令個湯頭好清甜,加埋白松露油同牛肝菌醬就更濃郁滋味,十分欣賞!麵條夠彈牙又唔會太淋煮得恰到好處,再加埋半肥瘦低溫叉燒同三層肉,入口即化的油脂與嫩滑豚肉。麵上有一些京蔥,中和咗豚肉嘅油膩感,成碗麵味道吃得出係精心設計,東京米芝蓮一星係當之無愧!🍤天婦羅盛盒冷麥麵朋友叫左呢個,黃竹坑The Southside 店限定,暫時得呢度先至可以食到!冷麥麵好岩依家咁熱嘅天氣食。原來冷麵係由創辦人山本社長親身研發,個麵食落帶有麥香,配埋慢燉雞湯和魚湯做成沾麵汁。天婦羅盛合都幾豐富,有炸蝦、秋葵、茄子等。🥟自家製豚肉煎餃趁熱食埋煎得香脆的豚肉餃豚肉餡料好吃,一碟五隻。食完完全有去左日本嘅感覺✈️最後以一杯檸檬生薑蜜作結,為好味的一餐拉麵午餐作結 🥰
