To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天午餐試吓到對面商場的Chicken Factory外賣,吃我最喜歡的焗葡國雞飯。誰不知一吞第一啖飯進囗,才發覺「焗葡國雞飯」是又辣又乸喉的!(對我是一個不喜辣的顧客來說)害我要吃一囗飯,之後立即喝一大口汽水。試問哪一個香港的食客會預計到焗葡國雞飯是辛辣的呢?這令我一點都不享受今天的午餐。我認為任何餐廳在出面售任何帶有辣味的,絕對需要在餐牌上加上辣椒符號及知會食客該食品/飯是帶有辣味的。其實Chicken Factory的食物一向都是好吃的,只是焗葡國雞飯有責任告知食客焗飯之辣度。店中的所有店員的服務態度很好。我們一家是有機會再光顧Chicken Factory的。
