天天海南雞(中份)($158),先講醬汁,芡汁浸住海南雞入晒味,食到有蠔油味,另外中間既辣汁唔算好辣,輕輕提升一下雞肉既味感亦唔會太蓋過,海南雞肉質嫩滑,皮和肉中間帶少少啫喱狀,係精髓所在。古法骨茶($148),湯底足料,有藥材香味亦帶有胡椒香味,配料有豬肚,豆卜和支竹吸晒湯既精華,每支肉骨長度有成個煲既直徑咁長,煮得好腍,唔會好難咬開,至少有4支骨或以上。麻辣魚皮($52),魚皮爽口,咬落有煙韌彈牙,而且好滑,直接吸入口中,麻辣魚皮醬汁當然有麻辣,不過麻辣既香味唔會即刻一食就出,而係先食到有鹹甜花生醬味,跟住慢慢滲出麻辣香味。黃金大蝦($128),份量好多件,點知一食原來有d係包住左翠玉瓜,比例大約3成翠玉瓜,7成大蝦,可能其他人覺得不值,但我個人覺得仍然好足夠2人食,好滿足,因為鹹蛋黃既香味真係好吸引,好正,外層亦好酥脆。
