To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 最近很多人喜歡吃雞煲, 而於電視看到富臨重慶雞煲的廣告. 今日天氣寒冷, 是吃火鍋及雞煲的最適當的時候了. 於是放工後, 便選擇了離家不遠的富臨吃雞煲.這裡裝修以白色為主, 燈飾側以射燈及水晶燈為主. 地方很闊落, 足夠擺20圍酒席, 近窗口有一大塊的落地玻璃, 日間若拉開窗簾可以看到街景, 感覺很開揚和輕鬆, 而這裡沒有擺酒的日子便會做晚飯和火鍋. 但由於位置比較偏遠, 所以每次都不用等位. 而晚市會定期做些特價的小菜, 如蒸雞, 龍蝦, 蒸魚等等的不同菜色, 價錢平之餘而份量不少的, 味道當然不錯. 我知道是因為我是這裡的常客. 今晚會吃雞煲加火鍋.  雞煲+火鍋放題是先食雞, 再放湯, 後吃火鍋, 可以選擇重慶雞煲(小,中,大辣)/胡椒豬肚雞煲/藥膳醉雞煲/水煮雞煲 2-5位一隻, 6位或以上2隻; 火鍋料, 飲品, 獅威啤酒及仙地任食任飲. 價錢: 9:00pm前 成人$118, 小童子$78, 9:00pm後 成人$108, 小童子$78, 限時2小時, 星期五,六,日及公眾假期每位加$10. 最後, 我們決叫了重慶雞煲(小辣)因為大家都不是無辣不歡的人所以只能接受小辣. 而

最後, 我們決叫了重慶雞煲(小辣)因為大家都不是無辣不歡的人所以只能接受小辣. 而有點失望的是當晚沒有仙地, 所以只能選其他汽水, 我們飲品選了7up及橙汁.

趁著等待雞煲上桌的之際, 先到外面的調味桌選擇自己心愛的火鍋醬料, 今晚選了辣椒豉油, 豆板醬, 麻醬, 麻辣醬.

過了一會, 雞煲終於上桌, 熱騰騰的雞煲, 更聞到陣陣的辣椒味, 大蒜及乾蔥的香味, 由於辣椒味很濃郁, 怕
吃過第一口雞後,我的舌頭好像著了火,但可能叫了小辣, 辣的情度不是我想像中那麼嚴重, 不用吃後狂灌水, 而雞的份量非常多足夠提供5人食用.

之前選了火鍋料是肥牛, 牛拍葉, 豆腐卜, 芝士丸, 魚皮鮫, 鯇魚片, 炸魚皮及日式烏冬. 

吃完雞煲後便叫服務員加水吃火鍋, 肥牛略嫌有點肥膩, 但配上麻辣湯底依然好味, 而且牛味很重; 選擇牛拍葉, 豆腐卜的原因與肥牛一樣, 可以吸了麻辣湯汁的; 芝士丸內裡芝士軟滑, 丸的外面有辛辣味, 感覺特別; 魚皮鮫比一般火鍋店的大粒, 點麻辣醬非常可口; 鯇魚片夠鮮甜,點些辣椒豉油鮮味更突出; 炸魚皮夠香脆但不會太咸且沒有油益味, 放湯或不放湯都很好味; 現在已有9成飽肚, 最後來個麻辣湯日式烏冬, 烏冬吸了麻辣湯非常惹味.

由於這食店較比較偏遠, 所以沒有限食2小時. 

這食店的味道好, 價錢合理, 所以成為了我經常光顧的食店之一.
