To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次午市叫咗兩個定食一個係和牛燒定食另外一個係豚肉鐵板燒🌼和牛燒定食一開頭就嚟咗個三款嘅刺身,呢個係值得稱讚👍🏻估唔到幾新鮮同埋幾好食,細細個容易入口。之後就嚟咗個主菜和牛燒,確實係燒得唔錯啲肉唔會太老,但可惜下面全部都係芽菜😂😂另外有前菜同麵豉湯,白飯。一個人食係真係足夠。但價錢就三百幾蚊。抵唔抵就真係另外一回事。🌼豚肉鐵板燒呢個就比較實惠一啲但係就冇刺身,同和牛一樣下便都係芽菜。但呢兩樣野確實都燒得幾好,唔會唔熟亦都唔會太過火。五市可以去試吓噢。另外叫多咗個八爪魚醋醃,比較普通。八爪魚加醋
