To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

難得跟舊同事聚舊，我們係airside 食飯見到chatterbox cafe 有二人套餐覺得唔錯就入去食特色鹹蛋雞翼這是雞全翼，外層是沾滿咸香十足的咸蛋醬，仲要起砂的。雞翼真係要熱辣辣先好食，咬開仲有肉汁流出呢。文華海南雞飯雞肉鮮嫩多汁，即使係雞胸肉都一樣保持嫩滑，原來餐廳用咗慢煮方式烹調雞隻。雞肉已經拆骨，方便食用。香米飯非常軟熟，唔會太油膩。仲有清香嘅豆腐雞湯。雞肉可以蘸上秘製辣椒油，黑醬油，薑蓉，更顯風味。星洲海鮮炒貴刁鑊氣十足，海鮮有帆立貝，魷魚圈，大蝦，用上馬拉盞，甜醬油，非常入味。麵條沾滿醬油，食起嚟非常香滑。醬油生菜新鮮生菜，嫩綠脆口，仲有醬油及炸蒜，唔錯朋友飲凍檸茶，茶味香濃，我飲有機雜莓茶，勁香莓果味，食完飯飲杯開胃的熱茶都唔錯。
