To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 聚會要食潮州菜,第一時間諗起華苑。老細係潮州人,出品自然係正宗潮洲風味。四個人,五個菜一個湯,埋單每人唔使300,我覺得抵食。👍🏻▪️芋蓉香酥鴨唔係度度都有得食嘅手工菜。見到華苑有,嗌嚟試下。之前有睇過關於呢道菜式嘅介紹,期望好高。雖然我就第一次食,唔知真正好食嘅味道係點,但佢嘅出品都不過不失嘅。外層酥脆,芋蓉厚實,鴨肉都算嫩口,都可以叫層次分明。$168/例,有成10舊,未食過都可以試吓嘅。▪️蠔餅呢個蠔餅真係世一,每次嚟都必叫🤤超級足料嘅蠔餅,啖啖有蠔,咬落香脆,唔會好似出面啲蠔餅咁多粉。百食不厭。

呢個蠔餅真係世一,每次嚟都必叫🤤超級足料嘅蠔餅,啖啖有蠔,咬落香脆,唔會好似出面啲蠔餅咁多粉。百食不厭。
