To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

落單叫海南雞跟白飯汁另上，落單條友竟然話「唔好咁多要求，我地會執比你」。結果外賣拎到番公司一開盒就已經有大大Pat蔥油直接放面，而且飯同雞既份量少得可憐。食落口滑就係滑既，不過係因為成口都係油，雞既脂肪連皮仲多過肉，成位飯食唔飽之餘仲要成口都係油，結果$50蚊食左一肚氣，永久Blacklist。叫得「海南雞飯專門店」，啲雞肉搞到同普通燒味鋪切雞無分別，完全唔知點解依間野係同區仲生存到，有選擇既情況下建議大家唔好浪費健康同金錢。
