To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

-獨門三酸撈薯粉 $49唔係講笑，姐姐一放落枱已經聞到酸辣麻香味😍揀咗5小辣，三酸麻辣汁倒剩四份一左右，其實都好夠撈哂成碗薯粉～味道當然冇令我失望，兩種味道撈埋一齊，仲濃過食三哥酸辣🤣正！如果食得辣嘅人可以嗌其他辣度～另外配料共有四款咁多，加埋本身跟嘅兩個餸，香辣單骨雞翼+彈滑燕餃，其實都算大碗！唔夠食可以加其他餸👍🏼希望呢個系列可以keep住有🥺另外好似仲有條圍裙比你遮住件衫，撈嘅時候唔怕彈到啲汁，非常貼心👍🏼👍🏼
