To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

媽媽向來對四川野一般 不過食過今晚呢餐應該可以令佢大大改觀了 去左食捌壹壹 叫左店員推介嘅酸菜魚我地叫左小辣 下次應該可以叫中辣冷鍋酸菜魚 魚肉好嫩滑 而且無骨 可以放心食酸菜係我至愛 重有金菇 湯底又幾好飲喎食完叫店員幫忙加湯就可以打邊爐啦 叫左安格斯肥牛 好耐無食過咁好味嘅牛了好有牛味 而且唔會太肥 有啲咬口叫多個口水雞 好有四川風味 好食雞肉沾滿麻辣汁 好嫩滑 媽媽大愛最後叫左呢個黑糖茲粑 我個人係好鐘意食即叫即炸 外脆內軟 表面係雷沙湯圓啲粉加埋黑糖 甜甜的 口感唔錯
