Restaurant: Little Fish (Kam Ma Building)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢日同大少、小妹去科學館玩,玩完好想食川菜,響朋友推薦,就去咗呢間小魚兒!呢度裝修好有特色,有啲小魚霓虹燈。店員服務好親切,地方寬敞,佢俾咗梳化位我哋坐,坐得好舒服。重慶雞煲:整鍋煨煮出來的雞肉軟嫩多汁,充滿了川菜獨有的麻香。湯汁濃郁,入口即化,配上BB的辣度,真是入口即醉。最後加湯時,再加一些米線,把湯汁都吸乾淨。將辣香味完全享受到。香蒜燒茄子:茄子吸收了香蒜的醬汁,入口酥脆,濃郁的香味頓時散發出來。茄子本身的清脆感與蒜香完美融合,口感層次豐富。炸香芋地瓜球:外層金黃酥脆,咬下去內餡濃郁鬆軟,芋香四溢,非常美味!
