To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食了一間在油麻地的惹味印度菜,味道都幾正宗,D餸入面有好多唔同嘅印度香料mix埋一齊好好食。餐前小食選了素菜咖哩角Vegetable Samosa,塊皮比起其他地方食到的較薄,入面D餡以薯蓉為主,雖然叫咖哩角不過都只係有少少辣。主菜試了一個素食菜式,叫做菠菜燴印度芝士Saag Paneer,味道幾香濃,D印度芝士粒嘅質感同平時食到嘅芝士好唔同,呢個餸用黎點Naan Bread真係絕配。D Friend話想試吓呢祰乾果印度烤餅Kashmiri Naan,甜甜地幾好食。佢基本上係傳統嘅Naan Bread,入面再放咗D南瓜蓉。呢度嘅芒果印度奶昔Mango Lassi都幾好飲,D芒果味唔係好藥水味嗰種,叫佢少甜少冰味道啱啱好。
