醉潮館 荃灣勝瓜鮮甜白蜆湯絲瓜蜆湯味道鮮甜,拌飯或粉麵食都一樣沒問題。白蜆啖啖肉又鮮甜,食落去無砂,味道鮮甜清新,令人愛上傳統鴨蛋煎蠔烙傳統鴨蛋煎蠔烙,選用傳統嘅鴨蛋煎製,上碟見到個蠔餅放喺竹籃碟上好,一口咬落去條邊係香脆可口,有口感既蠔餅好值得欣賞、入面嘅蠔仔好大粒及份量都好多,咬蠔仔粒粒都肥美啖啖肉潮汕滷水拼盤在潮州席上享有盛譽,水平高的潮州菜館,滷味拼盤一定做得好。雖然份量夠但滷水比較鹹,肉質比較硬身。這道菜有點可惜。椒鹽鮮魷有咩人會抗拒脆卜卜又咸香既椒鹽鮮魷?!基本上一去大排檔或者小菜飯店,都必點椒鹽鮮魷,菜館既鮮魷舊舊脆口,咬落係聽到聲架~鮮魷唔會過韌,但調味偏咸,稍為失色,賣相都好好靚仔
