To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次黎到中環食打獵菜餐廳地方細細但裝修好精緻好適合慶祝特別日子🙈餐前麵包微暖外脆內軟有好重嘅小麥味配埋橄欖油食真係好香🙈另外仲配有酸橄欖同埋吞拿魚醬我超鍾意佢嘅吞拿魚醬質感細滑魚味濃郁好想買返屋企搽麵包🙈前菜嗌左一份Portuguese Chorizo 碟入面放左好多香料侍應會係我地面前點火一路燒一路逼出香腸嘅油脂仲有香濃嘅香草味聞到我地流曬口水香腸烤到熱辣辣表面微脆一咬就爆曬啲肉汁出黎非常juicy不過對香港人黎講味道偏鹹配麵包食會好啲🙈主菜揀左兩款Suckling Pig係餐廳嘅招牌菜豬皮香脆豬肉嫩滑油脂豐盈另外配埋個豬油飯米飯粒粒分明每粒都沾滿豬肉嘅香味不過哩個份量兩個女仔share真係有啲漏跟住嗌左餐廳嘅第二個招牌菜Duck Rice米飯非常乾爽入面撈左好多鴨肉碎肉味濃郁最頂有啲歐洲臘肉令成個飯好有鹹香果然係招牌菜啊💕
