食完《一燒窰》後覺得係呢一間餐廳烹調非常用心,而且店員細心有禮貌,雖然店舖面積不是十分大,但亦有串燒店風格的木製卡座,坐得十分舒適!而且佢哋位於通菜街入邊,地點非常方便易搵,見到佢哋牆身貼左做緊啤酒買一送一優惠,$30有兩支!黎得串燒店當然係食串燒啦,牛類又點可以錯過,先點左呢個牛六笠$40,個名原來已經代表左有六粒牛柳,味道好重牛味,咬落都juicy唔乾!汁燒雞軟骨 $16燒汁配搭係雞軟骨上面永遠都係最好嘅配搭,雞軟骨非常香脆,亦唔會燒到好油膩!韭菜 $16韭菜上面灑上孜然粉,令到韭菜帶一點鹹香,都係串燒必叫之選。燒蒜蓉茄子 $32店主細心地將茄子切開,令到食燒茄子一向唔鍾意食茄子皮嘅我,好輕易將茄子肉夾出,而且真係超級爆蒜,多到好香,令到茄子好入味!最後重頭戲登場嘅係蟹膏蟹肉煲$58,店員會先將銷路放喺枱面,等左一陣呢個充滿蟹肉嘅煲就上台啦,個蟹肉其實好似甲蘿燒,蟹膏加熱後會開始煮濃,好creamy,而且需要自己將鵪鶉蛋打落蟹膏混合,幾特別!
