To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前同朋友講起今個冬天好似無食過烤魚同雞煲,上星期就約咗朋友嚟尖沙咀「小魚兒」食烤魚,呢度既烤魚&雞煲都有超多選擇。因為得兩個人,我哋最後揀咗食「老壇酸菜豆花烤海鱸魚」。鮮嫩既魚肉搭配酸菜與豆花,平時唔係好食得辣既我然可以食到小辣,滑順口感層次豐富,令人一試驚艷。香蒜燒茄子亦好值得一試,茄子吸收咗香蒜濃郁風味,口感柔軟,令人回味無窮。我哋仲點咗「炸雙皮奶」,外脆內滑,甜度適中,恰到好處。西柚乳酸爆珠梳打帶來一絲清新,酸甜可口,十分解膩。我哋見隔離檯order咗個蟲草花膠雞煲,好香仲要有大大舊花膠,非常吸引!下次嚟一於要試埋個雞煲😋
