Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

正當相約了好友聚會，但又不知去那裡食的時候，朋友介紹到位於葵芳的{震陞雲南美食}，大家咪以為這間只是食米線類的食店，其實他還有火鍋及小菜，當晚我哋就試左佢哋嘅惹味小菜，在環境方面沒有奢華的裝修，但食品質素絕對一流，油炸筍殼魚，雖炸過，但皮脆肉滑，魚肉的鮮味仍然保持爽滑，首選推介啫啫通菜煲，味道絕不惹小麻辣雞球，味道爽口，麻辣味道沒蓋過雞的味道新鮮冰鎮生魚皮，魚皮爽滑。碟頭分量足夠，三個儍佬剛剛好，去開葵芳行街不妨去《震陞》試試。
