To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我係一個貪新鮮既人，丼丼屋近排賣行廣告，佢地個豚丼看來好吸引呢~ 一於拉埋老公去試下!由於想食多點其他小食，所以我地2個人叫左一份丼 + $15套餐 傳說中既十勝帶廣名物豚丼 (6塊)豚肉帶點肥，燒熔左既豬油香味+醬油香，聞到未食已經心情大好燒香既豬油+秋田小町米煮成既白飯，令我地即刻變成飯桶呀!肉方面，肥瘦肉夾雜，咬哂去除左豚肉，仲會有汁(或豬油!) 滲出!醬油調味好好，同燒豚肉好相配!番茄沙律凍鎮番茄片淋上和風沙律汁，加埋少少wasabi味，好鬼開胃!食豚丼咁鬼重口味，間中夾住清新既番茄片，中和返D油膩感，爽爆~~~玉子卷每次來必食~~ 甜甜地、軟綿綿，好容易成碟食哂! 要控制自己呀!我地鐘意蘸醬油，再舖蘿蔔蓉係面咁食，超級滿足~
