已有一段時間沒到訪東來順,早前也只是去帝苑軒晚饍,不過前陣子施師傅在晉薈那邊,也有品嚐過他的手勢,現在施師傅再次回到東來順,可以再次在這邊吃到他的招牌菜。涼菜四小碟。茶香雞,第一眼看還以為是醉雞,但其實是茶香雞,雞肉很嫰雞皮彈,不過茶味不太突出。龍井煙燻蛋,在這裡吃過很多次,是一貫的水準,煙燻味道恰到好 處。麻香小象拔,最喜歡的一道冷盤,麻而不辣的鮮味小象拔,加上滑溜的粉皮,連同墊底的紫蘇葉包著一起吃,實在是百吃不厭。水晶羊肉,口感跟肴肉有點不 同,比較鬆散,沾點醋吃清新開胃。文思豆腐羮。一絲絲豆腐加上香菇、筍絲、木耳絲等,配搭金華火腿味濃郁的上湯,入口絲滑柔順,味道鮮美。鶴湖蟹影。雖然得獎已是好幾年前的事,到現在仍然受客人追棒,脆米通與蟹肉蟹粉多年來仍然美味,不過加入小蟹造型的薑汁糕還是第一次吃,用以代替薑茶驅走蟹粉的寒涼,實在頗有心思。乾燒大明蝦。大明蝦蝦肉爽彈,雖然醬汁紅通通,但其實不辣,帶甜甜的蒜香味,令大蝦吃起上來更惹味。糟溜魚片。酒糟香味十足,湯汁醇厚,魚肉嫰滑,微酸之中帶鮮味,不怎麼愛吃魚的自己也覺得非常好吃。重慶麻辣雞煲。真沒想到在這裡也能吃到雞煲,雞煲上檯時已聞到極香

重慶麻辣雞煲。真沒想到在這裡也能吃到雞煲雞煲上檯時已聞到極香的麻辣味,至於走過油的雞件相當入味,伴炒的小木耳更是精髓,又麻又辣,吃得很過癮。

雞絲手幹麵。麵條是師傅親手做的,所以麵條很有彈性,不過最吸引的還是那個雞湯底,味道超濃郁,一定熬了好久,所以就算好飽也喝清光。

今天一眾食友的胃口都很好,不單追加了芝麻餅、小籠包與鍋貼,還有玫瑰糕、流沙金球和驢打滾三款甜品,但自己卻飽到不行,沒胃納之下只吃了甜品,其餘的就只好拍照留念。

席間跟食友說起到哪裡吃母親節晚飯,此刻自己還未找到地方,但如果你也未找地方,但又希望找個坐得舒服,食物水準又不錯的地方,不妨來這裡試試。
