To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

哩間雞煲開左近兩個月,又o係屋企附近所以今日一家四口去左試去哩間食最好book定枱,因為一晏左去都幾爆...因為我地有位老人家,所以叫左唔辣既雞煲,仲有叫左7,8樣火鍋料,好似有我至愛既魚皮同即炸響鈴,生根,紅薯粉,豬皮(個人覺得太硬,唔索汁).....等等. 仲叫左碟蒜蓉唐生菜同1支藍妹(降下火)雞煲等左3個字終於黎到,明明叫左唔辣既,但都有少少辣(應該係胡椒粉太多),不過好彩阿嫲都食到...唯一唔好既就係叫d waiter加湯打邊爐,永遠都係加少少,所以好快就乾水黏底,要不停叫人加湯(都叫左成4,5次,叫到有d唔好意思)
