To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一直都幾鐘意食馬拉野，貪佢夠香口，香料獨特，一排冇食就會有啲掛住～食過深水埗蘇媽蘇媽幾次，今次嚟到旺角分店，砂窩老鼠粉係必點，好似煲仔飯咁，撈埋隻生蛋即刻加咗唔少texture，食到尾啲飯焦絕對係精華所在。馬來西亞拉茶好香，因為係遠距離倒茶，所以面頭有好多泡泡，好得意～甜度適中，茶底個香料味都幾重，入口順滑，幾鐘意。肉骨茶方面，其實我係第一次食，所以冇得比較。藥材味幾香，但又唔會重到令人難以入口，一字骨煲到好軟熟，唔會痴骨～另外仲食咗蝦麵，都唔錯，但冇咩記憶點。深水埗分店好似好味啲，不過旺角呢間就坐得舒服，冇咁逼，地點都方便好多。
