To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

放假心血來潮想食咖央多士，即刻去旺角朗豪坊附近嘅蘇媽﹒蘇媽旺角分店比深水埗環境大好多，環境闊落，座位坐得舒適👍🏻天氣好熱，坐低即刻要點杯凍飲，見到差唔多每枱都有杯凍桔仔話梅水$30，我都試吓，微酸少甜的確好消暑😌海南鴛鴦燒麵包$48咖央多除左普通麵包，仲有啡色嘅燒麵包，多一份焦糖香氣，咖央醬好足料，加埋厚厚冰凍鮮牛油，邪惡但充滿幸福感，簡中比自己瘋狂下😂高佬面配仁當牛肉$72以醬油惹味乾撈，食之前拮穿水波蛋令每條麵條都索盡濃郁醬汁，再配仁當牛肉有淡淡椰奶香同辣味，牛肋條燜煮得好鬆化入味，似咖哩牛肉但娘惹，大滿足。
