To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早年每次食元氣都覺得好好味，但近年就愈嚟愈差，仲一次難食過一次！今曰食下午茶餐~ 壽司：水準明顯差咗！ 炸薯餅：0K！ 炸魷魚：炸得太燶啦，咬落好乾好硬，味道苦㗎！◑︿◐好差！ 燉蛋：凍㗎？！差囉！ 凍烏冬：食落發覺冇冷麵汁嘅？？ 問侍應拎冷麵汁時，仲勞氣╰_╯！！！佢竟然話，幫我哋拎返嗰2碗烏冬去廚房加汁 ? 咁點知邊個食過邊碗呀？之後要我教咗好耐，至識得入廚房拎d冷麵汁出嚟，但就只拎得一碗汁，又冇附帶湯羹，搞到我哋倒過去碗烏冬時，d汁喺碗邊流出檯面，好鬼嬲呀！最離譜係其中一碗烏冬碎濕濕㗎，完全就係筲箕尾嗰堆碎麵囉！！咁都比得客人嘅？？？ 本來好想換，但間店d侍應嘅反應好唔掂，問樣樣都唔多識答，好似唔想做咁，所以放棄囉! 反正都冇哂胃口啦,最後放棄d食物，埋單走人！*** 相信以後都唔會再幫襯呢間元氣！
