To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又到family dinner喜歡家傳滬曉環境寬敞,服務態度好。今天去到,咦,轉了餐單,有點新意,可能是我太久沒來吧~每次必叫醉雞吃,可是今次的酒味輕了點。比之前味道略為失色。小食方面,今次推介味道適中,不乾不腍,剛剛好的熏魚,我吃了半碟🤪個人口味不算太重,這個菜很合我好味。其次是爽口開胃的酸醋海蜇頭,份量不算少,酸酸爽爽吃而忘返,間中配個清爽青瓜,過一過冷河,簡直十分完美。口水雞撈麵,後勁有刺激的花椒味,拌上特調的醬油,以及芝麻醬,啖啖掩制好的口水雞肉,加淡淡的幼麵,最喜歡香口菜式。
