To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為時常嘈住要食酸辣粉，所以同事話要帶我食心目中好味嘅酸辣粉。十二點九去到渝酸辣粉，正好坐埋最後一個空位。今次叫左口水雞酸辣粉套餐，$78加左10蚊飲青瓜豆漿。好濃青瓜味，回味帶點豆香，好fresh。我唔想食到太辣，叫少少辣試下先，湯底比我想像中清。莞茜睇上去有一定粉量但又冇莞茜味，有少許花生加非常少嘅榨菜做配料，湯頭只有少少酸味但麻勁強，薯粉屬於永遠咬不開系列，其實食左好多間都係咁，呢點我唔怪佢。口水雞有點驚喜，花椒味好香，唔係一味麻同辣，不過愈食愈鹹，食到底放落湯洗一洗都係鹹到入唔到口！呢個價錢我覺得可以更好，味道我更喜歡金百利個間酸辣粉！
