To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 不知所謂。員工態度極差。食物質素直線下降。啱啱開嗰陣就好好食，而家啲雞肉都係「梅」既。員工態度差。想拎隻碗 / 兜仔同個仔食飯。一個問一個，唔想比咁。慌我拎左你個兜去賣咩？唔係見最近附近都冇乜舖頭開都唔食呢啲咁既質素既店舖！連今時今日政府立例進入餐廳要做既掃「安心出行」呢個程序，都冇人理。人人直行直過。雖然餐廳座位有少數屬於開放式，但枱與枱之間冇符合政府規定既距離。仲冇人管理一張枱嘅同枱人數。態度懶散。
