To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有朋自遠方來, 一定要食北京填鴨,仰話要黎多次北京樓食,但其實可以的話,我建議大家都係唔好係北京樓食啦,原因如下:1) 之前電話訂位,已經重覆了2次,確定接電話的人mark岩資料,而且當日打多次電話再confirm 4位嘅booking,去到都係set左3個,要佢加返個位,面口好差2) 價錢與食物不符,佢嘅北京填鴨應該算係咁多間最貴,但就比以前難食很好,古老肉一點都不脆,但醬調得唔錯,其它唔使講..........3) 全程要叫2,3次人先有人同你加水,永遠無一個侍應係你視線范圍,仲衰過茶記4)將我地安排係大地家庭聚會之中(人地3張大台,而且全程都唔係食,周圍走黎走去social,已經有好幾次俾人用back pack同手提袋撞背....而且又嘈

Other Info. : 其實我覺得美心旗下的餐飲做得愈來愈差,真係一肚氣,炒散的人多,服務質素下降,例如朗豪坊的八月花,原本已經通道夠窄,隔左一排無去,居然仲窄左,原來佢將大台轉左好多細台,本物7行的台而家變左8行,想做多幾轉客,但係食客同侍應送菜都好易發生意外,因為太窄,基本上唔可能2個人一行過,同埋你一定要移chair人地先過到,個次個侍應托盤仲撞到我老豆個頭,真係好離譜!
