Restaurant: One Harbour Road
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Last minute 訂位，坐了在八樓，沒海景，換來是寧靜的環境，寬敞的座位，一家人愉快吃吃談談，愉快的家庭聚餐。待應人數充足，服務有禮，但細緻度未達五星水平，例如不常替客人添茶，大大的茶壺拿得我很吃力。點了 promotional set menu，都幾豐富和好味，蟹黃燕窩羹，蒸迷你龍蝦，百花釀銀鱈魚尤其精彩，慢煮牛面頰也鬆軟美味，份量十足，整體菜色適合老人家，甜品是在餐牌自選，每人點自己喜歡的，大家都很開心。
