Restaurant: CAMPSITE (K11 ATELIER)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 主菜【48小時慢煮牛助骨】上枱時見到件肉黑「掹掹」以為煮到過熟,點知一切開就見到紅潤肉色,一邊切一邊流出肉汁,生熟程度啱啱好,真係慢煮先有咁嘅效果。肉質軟腍,肉味香甜仲帶少少回甘,非常高質嘅牛肉,睇返相都真係回味無窮。

【燒黑鱈魚蟹肉莎莎】店員拎上枱途中已經見到魚肉好「動L」。鱈魚肉上面係蟹肉莎莎,側面有海膽醬,全部都係my favorite。黑鱈魚肉滑溜到極致,帶點水潤。蘸海膽醬食,兩種鮮味好夾,同樣突出。

兩道主菜都非常高質。

甜品】係芝士蛋糕,啱啱焗出嚟所以仲係溫熱嘅,底面都焗到脆脆哋,入面就係暖暖嘅芝士蛋糕,又暖又軟又甜,好窩心嘅感覺。如果個甜品多啲聖誕decoration就perfect啦~

食完甜品就嘆餐茶,隻杯係露營用嘅鐵皮杯,好似喺寒冬中嘅郊外飲熱飲咁,感覺特別溫暖。
