To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上次黎食預訂既牛舌牛小排唔太掂，上次見人食雞好似幾吸引，決定比多次機會再試試佢，的確好食好多，推薦大家黎食雞🔲店面比較細，牆上有唔少掛畫野菌芝士黑松露釀雞肶配蒜片意粉 $86🐔雞肶表皮煎得幾香幾脆，肉質都夠嫰意粉配少少雜菌蔬菜同蒜片，意粉比較dry😋切開雞肶入面，釀左滿滿既黑松露，都令到雞肉肉質juicy，裡面既香濃釀料拎黎配意粉食幾夾今次餐湯係大蒜了忌廉湯，不過口感比較稀，更creamy 會更好😝依然比較喜歡上次既西蘭花湯
