Restaurant: The 5B Private Corner

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 琴日誤打誤撞同朋友去咗食呢間好高質嘅餐廳,無論環境定係味道都好滿意😁🐷香煎慢煮西班牙黑毛豬配自家製蘋果醬呢道菜式簡直係佢哋嘅招牌菜🥸慢煮八成熟,塊扒本身醃過所以好香🤤切開中間微微粉紅肉味濃😍口感有彈性,咬落嫩口多肉汁😋叧外一定要配埋自製果醬同芥末子醬去食👍🏼食落清新香甜,同塊肉好夾😆我到依家都仲好回味🤤🦐黃金薯絲蝦蝦嘅味道較淡,配少少茄汁或者Tabasco 食會比較好,值得讚嘅係個薯絲真係好脆💥🌹玫瑰荔枝梳打兩粒大大粒嘅荔枝,雖然有糖漿但係味道唔會係死甜嗰隻😌
